30-day guarantee

RAY ACQ LLC d/b/a Pro Party Entertainment offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of a PPE software subscription. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of that first subscription purchase.

After the first 30 days

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, rights provided by applicable law, or refunds approved through Paddle.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through paddle.net or contact support@propartyentertainment.com for help.

Event services are separate

This policy applies only to PPE software subscriptions. It does not apply to event deposits, invoices, cancellation fees, or other amounts charged by an entertainer or event-service business using PPE. Those charges follow that provider’s own cancellation and refund policy.
